RajaCuan Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between RajaCuan and every individual who accesses or uses the platform, website, services, or games provided by RajaCuan ("Services").

By using RajaCuan's services in any way — including browsing the website, registering an account, making deposits, playing games, or claiming bonuses — you fully and unconditionally agree to comply with these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use RajaCuan's Services. Continued use of the platform following any announced changes to the Terms will be deemed as your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Member Eligibility

To use RajaCuan's services, you must meet the all the following eligibility criteria:

RajaCuan reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time by requesting valid identification documents. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being suspended or closed while the verification process is completed.

3. Account Registration

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at RajaCuan at any time. Holding multiple accounts is a serious breach of our terms. If discovered, all associated accounts will be closed and any winnings may be forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information, including:

• Full name as per your identity card or passport;
• Exact date of birth;
• An active mobile phone number;
• A valid and active email address;
• Bank account or e-wallet number for withdrawal purposes.

RajaCuan uses this information for identity verification (KYC), payment processing, and account-related communications. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. Any verification failure resulting from incorrect or outdated information is solely the player's responsibility.

Your account password must be unique and not shared with anyone. RajaCuan strongly recommends using a strong password (a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in your account settings.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

RajaCuan only accepts legitimate deposit and withdrawal methods through the official channels listed on the platform. Supported payment methods for Malaysia players are:

• Wagering Requirements: Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are typically between 20x and 35x the value of the bonus received;
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a stated expiry period. Any bonus not used within the specified timeframe will expire automatically;

6. Game Rules

All games on the RajaCuan platform are operated in accordance with the standard game rules set by their respective game providers. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing any bets.

The following are strictly prohibited while playing at RajaCuan:

• Using automation software, bots, scrapers, or any third-party tools to interact with games;
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities in any game — any winnings obtained this way are void;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in live games;
• Placing bets designed to meet bonus wagering requirements without genuine risk (bonus arbitrage);
• Any conduct that RajaCuan considers contrary to the spirit of fair play.

Game results displayed by the RajaCuan system are final. Any dispute regarding a game result must be submitted to the customer support team within 72 hours from the date of the incident.

In the event of a technical disruption affecting game results, RajaCuan reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the player's wager to their account. This is standard industry procedure and does not constitute additional financial liability on RajaCuan's part.

7. Player Responsibilities

As a RajaCuan member, you are fully responsible for the following:

• Account Security: Keeping your login credentials confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, unless there is clear evidence of unintentional security compromise;
• Responsible Gaming: Ensuring that gambling does not affect your financial, family, or personal responsibilities. RajaCuan provides self-control tools that you are encouraged to use;

• Use of bots or automated software;
• Colluding with other players;
• Violation of any terms stated in this document;

Players whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms are not entitled to claim any remaining account balance, including any undrawn bonuses or winnings. RajaCuan will carry out an internal investigation procedure before making a final decision on account closure.

RajaCuan's total liability to you, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the net deposit amount you made in the 30 days preceding the claim.
